科研成就
科研领域
作物抗旱与表皮蜡质的分子合成机理、植物转基因技术、作物重要农艺性状基因的克隆及分子标记辅助选择、作物杂种优势利用的分子机理等。
科研成果
先后参加了小麦、水稻杂种优势利用及植物细胞质雄性不育方面的多项研究课题,其中包括国家自然科学基金、攀登计划、国家攻关、省攻关、863等项目。在国外留学期间又参与了不同类型的研究项目。
在理论研究方面取得了一系列重要成果
1.克隆了2个恢复基因Rf1a和Rf1b,确认了线粒体基因orf79作为水稻细胞质雄性不育基因的功能,完整地阐明了核质基因互作控制花粉育性的分子遗传机理。
2.从大叶落地生根中克隆了5个三萜类化合物的合成酶基因,并分别确认了它们的生物学功能。首次分离克隆出了friedelin合成酶基因。
3.对番茄蜡质中至少7种三萜类化合物的生物合成机理进行了研究,发现这些三类化合物的合成是有两个基因编码的酶来完成的,其中SlTTS1编码单一功能的酶,合成一种三萜产物;SlTTS2编码多功能的酶,可以合成所有7种类型的产物。由此阐明了番茄蜡质中三萜类化合物的生物合成机理。
4.对番茄果实发育和成熟过程中不同阶段进行了转录组学和代谢组学的研究,揭示了在果实发育和成熟过程中果肉和果皮中转录组和代谢组的系统变化模式。
5. 克隆了控制番茄果皮黄色/白色的调控基因SlMYB12,阐明了番茄果实发育和成熟过程中黄酮类物质的积累调控机理。
